Booking Process
Yes. UHTOS is designed for guest checkout. You can search, compare, and book without creating an account. Your booking reference is all you need to manage your trip.
Use the search widget on our homepage or any service page. Enter your departure and arrival locations, dates, and number of travelers, then click Search. You can switch between services using the tabs.
Currently, each service is booked separately. We are working on a combined booking flow. For now, you can book each service using the same guest checkout - no account needed.
Payments & Security
We accept payment via bank transfer. After checkout, you will receive clear payment instructions including our IBAN, SWIFT code, and a unique payment reference. Once payment is confirmed, your booking is processed.
Yes. All payments are processed via bank transfer - we never store your card details. Our platform uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
Bank transfer payments are typically confirmed within 1-3 business hours during weekdays. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is verified.
Tickets & Confirmations
After you complete checkout and your payment is confirmed, your booking reference and travel documents are sent to your email. You can also view them on the My Bookings page.
Flight tickets, hotel vouchers, bus tickets, and transfer confirmations are delivered to your email as PDF documents. For flights, you can also use the booking reference to check in directly with the airline.
Your booking reference is a unique code assigned to your reservation. It appears on your confirmation page immediately after checkout and in your confirmation email. Keep it safe - you will need it for support inquiries.
Changes & Refunds
Change and cancellation policies vary by supplier (airline, hotel, bus operator). You can view the specific policy for your booking before checkout. For changes, contact our support team with your booking reference.
Refunds depend on the fare type and supplier policy. Some fares are non-refundable while others allow cancellations with a partial or full refund. The refund policy is clearly shown before you complete your booking.
If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you are entitled to a refund or rebooking according to the airline's policy. Contact our support team with your booking reference and we will assist you with the next steps.
We take all complaints seriously. Visit our Submit a Complaint page or contact support@uhtos.com with your booking reference, travel date, and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
